Physical Exam / Follow-Up through your Insurance carrier

Spend 30-45 minutes with our team to review your health history and current concerns. We will renew medications and draw standard bloodwork same-day in office. We will discuss appropriate preventive care and make sure your health is on track. This visit will be billed to your insurance.

- Standard bloodwork (e.g. blood count, basic metabolic panel, cholesterol levels, and others depending on symptoms/conditions)
- Further bloodwork/testing can be ordered but may incur additional costs from your insurance carrier

Physical Exam with Custom Blood Panel

This is the same exam as above but allows us to customize your blood tests regardless of insurance coverage. Insurance can be unpredictable about what bloodwork is covered making it difficult to know how you'll be billed.
Therefore, we wanted to offer you an option with clear, transparent pricing. One payment, one time. No mystery bills in the mail, no calls to insurance. This is an out-of-pocket service, insurance will not be billed.

- Custom blood panel (e.g. blood count with differential, complete metabolic panel, lipid panel, thyroid and diabetes screening, vitamin D and B12 levels)

Executive-Style Physical

Our Executive-Style Physical is designed for those seeking a comprehensive evaluation of their health in a single, coordinated visit.
Your appointment begins with a one-hour consultation to thoroughly review your medical history and current health concerns with the physician. A physical examination is performed, accompanied by an extensive bloodwork panel. Advanced cardiovascular testing, body composition analysis, and vision and hearing screening follow.
Your results are compiled into a detailed report that includes both medical documentation which can be shared with specialists and an easy-to-understand summary which can be kept for your records. The physician will review the report with you and create a personalized action plan for the year ahead. This is an out-of-pocket service, insurance will not be billed.
